I had the smell of coolent in the car once it warmed up. I wasn't looking forward to getting the heater core out if the dash. After draining some fluid from the rad through the top hose I dumped the contents in the radiator and crossed my fingers. No smell anymore!!!!!!

Brilliant item! I was having a small leak that required me to constantly fill the coolant reservoir, and it was really annoying me ????, then I got this product, followed the instructions and since the reservoir maintains the coolant in a proper level! Of course you still have to fill up every now and then, but not every other day as before which indicates that the leak has stopped. Amazing.

Used a half a bottle as described for my Vauxhall Corsa D 1.2 which had a suspected head gasket leak. The oil was mixing the the coolant. Removed the oil/coolant mix poured in some Fresh oil; added the Radweld and all is well 3 months later! Still needs to pass the test of time but much cheaper than the labour of getting a new head gasket!

I had a Leak somewhere in my radiator or pipework, I had not inspected it further than lifting the bonnet. I bought this 3 months ago and followed the instructions.

Three months later..

So far I've had no more warning lights of low coolant! I can assume this has worked as this was the only product I used to address this. TIPS..

Shake well! because it's like a sludgey red mixture, and once shaken, shake some more! It really needs some work. Then pour into your radiator expansion tank to the fill line. I drove for about 25 minutes after to let it circulate then checked the level the next day. It was at the same level, meaning no leaks as of yet. Fast forward 3 months still no leaks / consumption of coolant!

I still have half a bottle left I didn't even use it all and it worked.

Always follow the instructions on the label.

In my experience this product has saved me from a potential expensive repair bill! if in a doubt try this and do your own research too. Best wishes.

Had a pin hole leak in my overflow tank so thought I would give this a try before replacing it.
Followed the instructions on the back ( used half the bottle ) and let the car get to temp for 30 mins.
Set off to work (20 miles) and no leak!
TBH even with all the good reviews I still had my suspicions, but 1month later it's still doing brill!.
Only reason for 4 stars is how well it's works long term.
Will update!.

My van was letting pressure into the coolant system and making the coolant boil over in the expansion tank. Head Gasket or crack in the cylinder head but either way not good. Poured this (Light brown liquid) into my expansion tank which is pink coolant changed the colour slightly to a darker pink/red. Ran the engine for 20 minutes with the blower on and then aloud the engine to cool down.

No burst of pressure after unscrewing the expansion lid which was a good sign and the coolant level seemed stable. Only time will tell but so far, so good!
